What is Keffys?

Keffys is an online platform where customers from all over the world can buy from local vendors in Kenya for local deliveries.

Why shop with us?

Keffys' products are from local retailers closest to the delivery point hence delivery is within an hour after an order is placed. Customers can order a variety of products under one order, for instance, processed products, groceries and meat, all in one order. A customer living in diaspora can shop for their loved ones in Kenya.

How to place an order

Download Keffys on Google play store or App store. Register and sign in. Select the products you want to buy. Check out. Select delivery option. Add shipping and billing address. Place order. Select payment method.

Monday to Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays 8:00am to 6:00pm

Are products on Keffys genuine?

We deliver verified, genuine products sold by our vendors.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within two hours of placing your order.

How do I pay on Keffys?

You can pay using M-Pesa, a credit/debit card or cash at shop when picking up.

What currencies does Keffys accept?

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will get a confirmation of receipt and you can track your order from vendor to delivery person until it gets to you. All this can be done from Keffys app under the tab 'Orders'.

Can I pick up an order instead of having it delivered?

Yes you can pick up your order from the vendor.

How do I change my account password?

On Keffys app, go to menu, My Account, Change Password then save changes.

Why do I have to provide my email address to register?

Your e-mail address helps us to inform you in good time about your order. It also serves as a username and allows you to log in to your account.

Are there any additional charges such as sales tax when I make a purchase on Keffys?

All costs are displayed at checkout process. Order amount is inclusive of all taxes & shipping fees.

Can I buy products from multiple vendors? Is there an extra charge?

Yes you can buy from different Vendors.No, there is no extra charge.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

In the log in page, press Forgot Password then enter your email address. You will receive a 'reset password' link in the email you enter.

Why do I see different prices for the same product?

This is because we have multiple vendors who are on our platform who at times sell similar products at different prices.

What do I do if there are missing or incorrect products in my order?

We encourage customers to confirm their order at the point of delivery so as to raise issues on the spot. You can call our customer care line on +254114011991 and we will organize for the delivery of the missing item, and refund where applicable.
